Hosted by the National Center for Tumor Diseases (NCT) Heidelberg, the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), the Felix Burda Foundation and the German Network Against Colorectal Cancer the 2014 workshop on
“Innovation in Prevention, Early-Detection & Diagnosis of Colorectal Cancer“
will bring together academics, scientists, clinicians and leaders of the pharmaceutical industry to share innovations and discuss new developments in prevention and early detection strategies for colorectal cancer.

Colorectal cancer is a major public health burden, that is effectively preventable.
The interdisciplinary symposium will cover state of the art research in colorectal cancer screening and early detection, prevention strategies by anti-inflammatory drugs, genomics, immunology, and gut microbiomics. Our goal is a joint approach with the best possible exchange of information. Therefore, the workshop will provide a great amount of interaction and discussion sparked by an exciting range of presentations.

We hope that you will join us on June 5th - 6th 2014 at our Innovation Workshop in the beautiful city of Heidelberg and strengthen our links in colorectal cancer research.
