Helmholtz Association

The German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ) is a member of the Helmholtz Association.

In the Research Field Health (Helmholtz Health), the participating centers - the German Cancer Research Center (DKFZ), the German Center for Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE), the Helmholtz Center for Infection Research (HZI), Helmholtz Zentrum München - German Research Center for Environmental Health (HMGU) and the Max Delbrück Center for Molecular Medicine in the Helmholtz Association (MDC) - focus thematically on five programs. The Helmholtz-Zentrum Dresden-Rossendorf (HZDR) makes important contributions to the Cancer Research program.
