Dear Speaker,

We are pleased that you have accepted the invitation to talk at the DKFZ Conference 2018. We provide you with some organizational details below and kindly ask you to complete the speaker registration form by November 30, 2017.

  • HOTEL: We will book a room for you at the QUBE Hotel, Bergheimer Str. 74, Heidelberg, +49 6221 187990, according to your travel details entered on the registration page.
  • AIRPORT TRANSFER: We will organize the transfer to and from Frankfurt Airport.
  • ARRIVAL BY TRAIN: Please take a taxi to and from Heidelberg Main Station.
  • TRAVEL EXPENSES: We would appreciate if you took advantage of the offers for reduced air and train fares. In isolated cases, we are able to reimburse business class flight tickets. Please contact us in that case prior to booking. After the conference, please complete the form “Application for reimbursement” (doc/PDF) and send it together with all RECEIPTS attached by March 31, 2018 to:
