Online registration, abstract submission and payment options will be open soon !
Dear friends and colleagues,
We are glad to announce that online registration, abstract submission and payment options for the upcoming WTTC19 is soon going to be open with the launch of official website of WTTC19. Deadline for early registration is 01.07.2024. Payment for early registration will be accepted until midnight 01.07.2024 CET.
All the relevant information regarding the registration, payment procedure and abstract submission will be found in our Indico Page of the conference (coming soon). The registration for WTTC19 and 3 Days Hands on summer school in Jülich is separate and can be found under spearate Indico Links.
Please Note: To consider the application of a participant for 3 day hands on Workshop in Jülich, their participation in the main workshop (WTTC) is mandatory!
Online registration will not confirm your participation. Once registered, every participant will get a payment link. Once we receive the payment, your place will be confirmed. Every participant will be duly notified.
All amounts are in EURO (€)
The early bird registration discount is applied by the date of PAYMENT, not registration.
It is advised to book your accommodation as soon as possible. Details of the hotel with 'booking password' will be notified via separate Email to every registrants with Payment links.
Onsite registration for regular participants, students and companion doesn't not include Conference Gala Dinner.
Requests for printed version of Abstract Books will only be accepted until 01.07.2024.
Attendees from countries requiring a visa to visit Germany may request an Invitation letter in support of your visa application. Upon completion of your registration, please send an email to wttc19@dkfz.de. For more details about visa please visit our Travel Page.
