Registration fees do not include: Accommodation, travel expenses, and personal insurance.

Abstract Book is only available if ordered until 01.07.2024 with an additional payment of €50 EUR.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation must be provided in writing to wttc19@dkfz.de before July 1, 2024. A cancellation fee of € 105.00 EUR will be deducted from the amount paid. Considerations may be made for unforeseen circumstances and denied Visitor Visa requests.
There will be no refund of registration fee made after July 15, 2024.
Any refunds granted will be made by the same method as the original payment method and will be processed after the completion of the conference. Any fees for wire transfer refunds will be the responsibility of the registrant.
