Heidelberg is a touristic city of Germany, and in summers especially during July and August, their is a huge demand of accomodation. The prices during this time are too high to pay.  

Therefore, the organization commitee has reserved several rooms in different hotels in Heidelberg near to the Venue, so that our participants can have ease in booking with considerable rates.  

List of hotel is mentioned below. Participants would receive a 'code word' after they  succesfull registeration to the conference. With this code word, participants get the discounted rates as mentioned below.

Hotel Marriott has offered special price consideration for students. Student can avail those prices with a valid student Id and with the code word provided after the successful completion of their registration.

Mode of Booking: Email/call to the hotel of their choice from the prescribed list. 

Organising committee bears no responsibilty on bookings and payments for the rooms. Each participant has to manage their hotel reservation by themselves. 

Particpants are not bound to book prescribed hotels. They are free to choose any hotel of their choice.
