Postdoctoral Data Scientist

Pablo studied Biochemistry at the University of Oxford (2011-2015) before starting his PhD in Prof. Ben Lehner's lab at the Centre for Genomic Regulation (Barcelona) in September 2015. His PhD project focussed on analysing deep mutational scanning datasets to systematically study the effects of mutations in alternative splicing and other molecular processes. He joined the Odom and Gonçalves' labs in August 2020, with an interest in studying clonal dynamics in early tumourigenesis.
