Adaptation of the tender documents, questions from bidders

Please note that the documents made available for download on the e-tendering platform correspond to the status on the date of publication. Changes to the content as the procedure progresses can therefore not be ruled out.

If changes are necessary, we will make the updated documents available on the e-tendering platform. The same applies to bidder questions: if bidder questions are submitted to us, we will also make them and the answers available on the e-tendering platform.

Negotiated awards in accordance with the Sub-Threshold Procurement Regulations (UVgO)

In the case of negotiated awards in accordance with the German Sub-Threshold Procurement Regulations (UVgO), we reserve the right to award the contract to a bid without prior negotiation.
