Oral presentations: each session has 2 talks (25+5 min) followed 30 min discussion

Poster presentations: dedicated to students - both Master and PhD

                                                   The best poster will be selected by the participants and awarded by 300 Euro.

To register please fill this registration form and send it to symposium.medphys@dkfz-heidelberg.de.
Registration deadline: 31st August 2018.
We have a few remaining free places, which will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis.
 
Registration fee: 300 Euro / Master and PhD students 260 Euro /
includes an abstract book, 5 coffee breaks, 3 lunches, symposium dinner
and 19% value-added tax on the board cost.
After submitting the registration form we will provide you with the account number for transferring of the registration fee.
 
If you would like to take an accompanying person with you for the dinner, please contact the organizers.

Abstract submission

We kindly ask our invited speakers to send their abstracts to symposium.medphys@dkfz-heidelberg.de not later than 31th July 2018, preferably in Word. Please indicate your affiliation and do not exceed 500 words in the abstract body.
