MITK for training and research
The research group of Dr. Marco Nolden at the DKFZ has been developing solutions for the sustainable development and integration of research software and data for many years.
In this project, the open-source image processing platform MITK will be established in various usage contexts with the Chilean partners. This includes training of local users and developers to provide a system for exploration and analysis of data for treatment planning. This can be used for training purposes by technicians and clinicians, as well as for their own research. This is complemented by an exchange platform for anonymized image data to support new research questions.
