Structural Proteomics

Structural analysis is an emerging application in MS-based Proteomics. We use cross-linking mass spectrometry to gain insights in structures of purified proteins and protein complexes by using peptide-reactive, covalent cross linker reagents.

Identification of intra-protein cross-link products provide information about the native structure of a protein whereas inter-protein cross-link products yield information about protein interphases in complexes.

Please contact us if you are interested in performing a structural Proteomics experiment.
