Equipment

Several instruments are available for common use (e.g. Lightcycler® 480 (qPCR, Roche), QX200 (digital PCR, Bio-Rad) , NanoTemper Monolith (binding affinities)).

Bioinformatic and other tools

To assist in further analysis of data the GPCF offers access to software and bioinformatic tools like Chipster, a user-friendly analysis software for high-throughput data, or Ingenuity Pathway analysis (IPA), an analysis tool for omics data. HUSAR, a large collection of Bioinformatics tools to analyse sequence (or sequence-related) data, is now maintained and further developed by the colleagues of ODCF (Omics IT and Data Management Core Facility).

Clone and Vector Resources

The GPCF serves as central repository for highly verified and validated vectors and clones.
