StringTie available via HUSAR's web-interface

Stringtie is a program to assemble RNA-Seq alignments into potential transcripts. Input is a BAM file sorted by reference position. You can optionally specfify an annotation file (in GTF format), especially if you assembled reads from a well-annotated genome.

The main output of StringTie is a GTF file containing the transcripts assembled from RNA-Seq data. Additionally, several other output files can be produced by StringTie depending on the options selected in the application window/in the command-line.

StringTie has been placed into the menu "High-Throughput Sequencing".
