At the Microarray Core Facility we provide access to full service of state-of-the-art genotyping of customized SNP sets, focused SNP sets, and genome-wide screens covering up to 5.000.000 SNPs on BeadChips (Illumina). Beside standard genotyping, we support loss-of heterocygosity (LOH), and copy number variation (CNV) studies. Biomark™ HD is an automated, high-performance PCR system that uses microfluidics technology to process samples at nanoliter-scale volumes for gene expression, genotyping and copy number variation analysis. High-throughput IFCs can be performed in two formats (# Templates vs # Assays): 1) 96.96 (9,216 reactions), 2) 48.48 (2,304 reactions).

Accurate and sensitive method of quantifying the abundance of a target DNA sequences. These can be from genomic DNA or from cDNA resulting from the reverse-transcription of RNA.
Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (Qiagen IPA) has been broadly adopted by the life science community and relies on manually curated data. The content in the unterlying QIAGEN Knowledge Base updated both weekly (journal articles) and quarterly (journal articles and databases). Weekly updates are made to Gene Views, Chem Views, and Molecular Networks. Full content releases to IPA (including disease and function relationships) occur quarterly.
