
About Oskar
Oskar is originally from Stockholm, Sweden, but also grew up in Boston. He then did his bachelor's in biochemistry at the University of Washington in Seattle. Before starting his master's, he worked in the group of Alexandros Drainas at Biomed X in Heidelberg, researching the evolution of extrachromosomal DNA in cancer. He is now a master's student in the major cancer biology program at DKFZ completing his first rotation here in the Odom lab. In his free time, he enjoys reading, or playing any sports that involve running or a ball.
