RUNing against cancer – how far would you go? This year as in previous years the NCT-Run 2018 held on July 13 will take place under this motto. For the first time starting this year, the participants of the DKFZ "Heidelberg Run for Cancer Research" last organized by DKFZ in 2017, will team up with the 7th NCT-Run.

"DKFZ and the University Hospital Heidelberg are joining forces within NCT, to bring research results to the patient as quickly as possible", reports Josef Puchta, Administrative Director at DKFZ. "From now on we'll team up with the NCT-Run as well. Because together we can achieve more. The NCT-Run offers DKFZ runners a more diverse choice of routes and distances. More runners can participate resulting in increased donations for innovative cancer research projects in Heidelberg."

The starting signal for the 7th NCT-Run will be given on July 13, 2018 at 7 pm in Neuenheimer Feld. Further information can be found on the NCT-Run website.
