Annotation for RNA interference libraries

HFA RNAi library: The HFA (Heidelberg Flyarray) library has been originally described in Hild et al., (2003) [link to pubmed] [website] and has been used for genome-wide RNAi screening experiments as described in Boutros et al., (2004) [link to pubmed] [website]. Amplicons have been remapped to current Drosophila genome annotation.

BKN RNAi library: We are in the process of generating an optimized RNAi library that target the complete predicted transcriptome in collaboration with Amy Kiger's lab (UCSD). Sequence and annotation file will be provided as they become available. Partial design information can be accessed through a searchable web-interface at Genome browser.
