Shah Alam Khan is a doctoral researcher, and his PhD thesis focuses on the cost-effectiveness analysis of risk-stratified breast cancer screening strategies in Germany.

Shah Alam is a medical doctor by training and he completed his Master of Science in Public Health with specialization in Healthcare Management from Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, Pakistan. He has working experience with the World Health Organization in Polio Eradication & Disease Surveillance Program.
