  among the oldest and most effective therapeutic strategies in cancer trea
 tment. Yet\, resistance to endocrine therapy remains a major clinical chal
 lenge\, creating an urgent need for new approaches to improve patient outc
 omes. Our research mainly focuses on breast\, prostate\, and endometrial c
 ancer\, with patient-derived samples as the foundation of our studies. We 
 apply comprehensive epigenetic profiling to uncover how epigenetic alterat
 ions drive tumor development\, progression\, and therapy resistance. By in
 tegrating these insights with functional interventions in model systems\, 
 we reveal the underlying mechanisms and translate our discoveries into nov
 el therapeutic opportunities for the clinic. What is Cancer Core Europe (C
 CE)? Cancer Core Europe is a consortium of seven leading cancer centres (w
 ww.cancercoreeurope.eu). CCEs members are driven by a strong will to resha
 pe the cancer research model to ultimately increase the European Union’s
  competitiveness as a place to conduct cutting-edge research that’s tran
 slated to the clinic to deliver more personalized medicine. What is the co
