Collaborations and research networks

The CancerPathways project is a medium scale research consortium funded by the EU 7th framework program. We coordinate the consortium that analyzes developmental molecular pathways in Drosophila as a model for human cancer. More information can be found at the consortium website at http://www.cancerpathways.eu

We are part of the NGFN-plus funded colon cancer and NeuroNet Networks and contribute our expertise in the analysis of cellular networks by large-scale perturbation studies. See also http://www.ngfn.de

We are supported by a Program Grant from the Human Frontiers Science Organization together with the Huber, Gentleman and Kiger labs to develop new interdisciplinary approaches for the analysis of phenotypic data sets.

We are closely working with the Department for Cell- and Molecular Biology at the University of Heidelberg, Medical Faculty Mannheim. Please also visit our website at http://www.zbio.org.
