The Division develops technologies for high-throughput screening using RNAi and small molecule libraries.
Particular areas of interests are:
(i) new pathway-specific cell-based assays for cancer-relevant signaling systems to identify new targets and novel intervention points for small molecules,
(ii) development of new automation protocols to miniaturize cell-based assays and new detection modes, such as highly parallel imaging and image analysis,
(iii) the development of new RNAi libraries.
We are using both human and model organisms for large-scale screens.
