Our Microarray Warehouse and Analysis System M-CHiPS (www.mchips.org) provides a bioinformatics platform and support for more than 70 european users. It has been up and running since 1999 and is constantly developed and expanded with new methodology every since. Comprising more than 8500 experiments, it is among of the largest academic microarray repositories in europe.
For futher developing the system, we are searching for persons experienced in
Matlab, Perl, CGI, C, R, SQL, Unix, evt. Windows, evt. Java
and with a vital interest in
Data Representation, Data Warehousing, Systematic Interpretation of Microarray Data.
