Currently we offer access to the following bioinformatic tools:

Chipster allows you to perform DNA microarray data analysis using R/Bioconductor and other tools through an intuitive graphical user interface.

MetaCore is an integrated knowledge database and software suite for pathway analysis of experimental data and gene lists. - Ingenuity Pathway Analysis

The Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery
