Equipment

Several instruments are available for common use. We offer access to Lightcycler® 480 (Roche), Silverquant® (Eppendorf), QIAcube (Qiagen), Bioanalyzer 2100 (Agilent) and other.

Bioinformatic and other tools

To assist in further analyis of data the GPCF offers access to various software and bioinformatic tools like chipster, a user-friendly analysis software for high-throughput data, Ingenuity Pathway analysis (IPA), an online analysis tool or DAVID, the free Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery.

Clone and Vector Resources

The GPCF serves as central repository for highly verified and validated vectors and clones.
