Note: If you want to work with your existing chipster sessions please use the old 1.4.7 version. If you start a completely new analysis you should use the new 2.0 version. Please report any problems in the Discussion Board.
09.02.2012: Chipster 2.0.0 is now available and can be started from here: chipster-2.0.0. In the near future this will be the default version started from these pages. The old 1.4.7 version will than still be available. Please check the Discussion Board.

Chipster allows you to perform DNA microarray data analysis using R/Bioconductor and other tools through an intuitive graphical user interface.
Start chipster by clicking on "Launch Chipster" on the chipster page.
