Bioinformatics Support for High Throughput Sequencing Data Analysis

The Genomics & Proteomics Core Facility offers two complementary platforms for the analysis of High Throughput Sequencing Data:

• The Genomatix system, which is a commercial software system comprising a wide range of data analysis tools,

• and HUSAR, an in-house service that offers custom-made analysis pipelines, such as OnTarget or ChiPeAn, as well as many publicly available tools. We also implement specific software on request.

In collaboration with the IT Core Facility we also offer a central file server for High Throughput Sequencing Data, providing convenient storage, data security and regular backups.
