You supply to us ...
A filled-out MS Service Request Form providing the following information:
- sample name, proposed structure, molecular formula, MW, suitable solvents,
- the required measurements and analysis, and
- your contact and accounting information (KSt).
The Form is available from Mr. Erben in the MS Lab and will soon be available online.
For standard service, at least 10 µg of sample should be supplied, either in solution or in dry form. For ESI-MS, the sample must be soluble in an organic or aqueous solvent.
Special Services (see below) are performed on request after appropriate discussion of the problem at hand.

The ESI-MS spectra of your samples as printout or in electronic form (on request) including a basic annotation of the spectra. If desired, we supply an individual discussion of your spectra. Spectra are archived on a server of the ZDV.
