Here you find an examplary result sheet from the DKFZ Y2H screening facility. The worksheet "Short Table" gives a summary of the result data. The green block holds the high-confidence rated interactions. The "Full Table" contains all relevant data on the individual DNA sequence level.

Mouse GABA(A)-receptor-associated protein (GABARAP) was used to screen a mouse day 11 embryo library, as well as a mouse brain library. We did this screen because we had a dataset from a screen done with the rat ortholgue of GABARAP, and with a different version of the Y2h system (lexA-based), and we were interested in a comparison. The two datasets overlap for four preys, that were found in both mouse and rat to bind to GABARAP.
The screen is an interesting example of a bait that pulled out a very high number of clones, among them many high confidence interactions, as well as several low-confidence interactions, and some false positives.
