Young-Gyu is working as a technician in our lab since 2000. Right from the beginning he was mainly involved in the neuroblastoma study and established the 1p deletion analyses based on fluorescence multiplex PCR which is used as an additional prognostic marker for neuroblastoma. Since that time the importance of the LOH as a prognostic tool, next to the MYCN amplification, gained much more importance. Additionally he is the labmanager and responsible for infrastructure of the lab.
