Application guidelines
The Workshops for Early Career Investigators aims for young scientists and engineers who are finishing their doctoral studies in 2015 or have completed their degree no more than six years ago and who have not previously received any DFG-funding. Interested young scientists need to include their own project outline in the application. During the workshop the participants will receive direct support in the elaboration of these project ideas as well as feedback from experts and colleagues in discussions. Furthermore it is possible to apply through competition for project financing to a limited extent (DFG research grants program) throughout the workshop.
